About the job

We are seeking a disciplined, process-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and strengthen operational excellence across service delivery, compliance, and team management. This role is ideal for retired Army Officers / ex-servicemen who are transitioning or have transitioned into corporate operations, bringing strong command, execution discipline, and people-management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end operations including client onboarding, documentation, case processing, and service delivery. • Establish and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operational discipline across teams. • Drive timely execution, accuracy, and quality control in all operational activities. • Mentor and manage multi-level teams, instilling accountability, ownership, and performance culture. • Monitor operational KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement. • Handle client escalations and maintain high standards of service delivery. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Senior Leadership for seamless operations. • Prepare operational reports and present updates to management. Preferred Candidate Profile: • Ex-Army Officer / Retired Defence Personnel (Captain, Major, Lt. Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent). • 8–15+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, command, or unit management. • Proven experience in leading large teams and complex operations. • Strong exposure to process management, discipline enforcement, and crisis handling. • Corporate operations experience in consulting, immigration, security, facility management, or service-based organizations is a plus.
