Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in managing remote or distributed teams and operations. Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and driving efficiency gains. Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in operational management software and tools. Experience in the e-commerce or service industry is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
