Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding technology firm, is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead their remote operations division. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's operational processes, driving efficiency, and developing robust strategies to support business growth. You will work closely with executive leaders to define operational goals, implement best practices, and ensure seamless execution across all departments. Key responsibilities include developing and managing operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving overall productivity. The Senior Operations Manager will be tasked with leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and implementing change management initiatives to drive operational excellence. You will analyze operational data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop dashboards to track progress against strategic objectives. Experience in supply chain management, project management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is essential. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution. • Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively. • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. • Ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives. • Experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment is a plus.
