Job Title - Senior Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst Location - Mumbai Function Finance Operations – Order to Cash Reporting Line Reports to Order to Cash Manager Team & Structure The role sits within a growing global Order to Cash team of 9, with established delivery centres in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, Mexico, and Bucharest. The team supports a global customer base and works closely with Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Finance stakeholders. Role Purpose The Senior Order to Cash Analyst will support end-to-end OTC activities for a global organisation. The role requires a solid foundation in finance operations and Order to Cash processes, with the opportunity to broaden skills, gain exposure to global stakeholders, and contribute to process and systems transformation as the function continues to evolve. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Billing • Review sales orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing and revenue recognition requirements • Process sales orders through fulfilment in line with contractual terms and internal controls • Create customer sales invoices and upload invoices to customer billing portals • Monitor, review, and manage unbilled invoices and unbilled revenue balances • Support intercompany billing activities Revenue & Audit Support • Collect, review, and retain evidence to support project milestone completion and revenue recognition • Support revenue processes in line with company accounting policies • Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and audit queries Cash Application & Collections Support • Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner • Support collections activities, including customer queries and dispute resolution • Partner with Credit and Collections teams to resolve billing and payment issues Stakeholder Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams • Act as a key point of contact for OTC-related operational queries • Collaborate with global OTC teams in Mexico and Bucharest to ensure consistency and best practice Systems & Continuous Improvement • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) as financial systems evolve • Support ERP and finance system transformation initiatives • Identify and contribute to process improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and control What’s in it for you? • An opportunity to continue developing your finance career within a successful and growing global organisation • Be part of a newly established and expanding Order to Cash team, offering strong visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact • Broaden your experience across end-to-end Order to Cash processes in a global finance operations environment • A strong focus on professional development and skill enhancement, with opportunities to grow within the company • Hands-on exposure to an ERP and finance systems transformation, building valuable systems and automation experience • Opportunity to work with cross-functional and international stakeholders across multiple regions • Clear potential for career progression as the finance operations function and global footprint continue to expand Essential Skills & Experience • 7+ years’ experience in Order to Cash, Finance Operations, or a related finance role • Working knowledge of: • Order management and fulfilment • Sales order review and billing • Unbilled revenue and invoice management • Cash application and collections support • Experience working in a global or shared services environment • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills Desirable • Experience supporting system implementations or UAT testing • Exposure to intercompany accounting • Experience supporting internal or external audits • Continuous improvement or process optimisation experience Shift Timings - 11 AM - 8 PM Why join YouGov?
