As a Senior Payroll Executive within the staffing industry, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your expertise in HRIS systems, payroll processing, compliance, and client management will be crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll management. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct employee onboarding activities including pre-offer and post-offer document collection, KYC validation, salary negotiation, and offer management. - Coordinate joining dates and assist with joining formalities and E-code generation. - Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a high volume of employees across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with laws and regulations. - Handle inquiries and requests from employees and clients regarding payroll matters, providing timely and accurate responses. - Conduct periodic audits and reviews of payroll data to identify errors, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements across different geographies to ensure statutory obligations are met. - Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, and generate reports as needed. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, and client services teams to gather payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and address client-specific requirements. • *Qualifications Required:** - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS.
