Hi, Exp: 5-8 Years Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including rule creation, UI development, activities, and data modeling, leveraging expertise in Pega CSA, CSSA, and REST API integrations. • Conduct unit testing, perform peer code reviews, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain high-quality deliverables. • Facilitate Direct Capture of ... Objectives (DCO) sessions and maintain functional backlogs to ensure accurate and comprehensive requirement gathering. • Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure defect-free releases aligned with operational SLAs. • Provide ongoing production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect fixes, and performance tuning. • Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to Pega guardrails, design principles, and organizational best practices. • Develop and troubleshoot integration solutions using SOAP and REST APIs, coordinating with operations and external partners for seamless deployment.
