Job Summary The Senior People & Culture Partner uses a strong expertise in the field to work autonomously in implementing initiatives related to attracting, developing and retaining a talented and committed workforce. Essential Job Functions: • Supports the leadership team on people and culture related matters. • Partners with the business on workforce planning. • Reviews and analyzes business data to recommend solutions to improve performance retention, and employee experience. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or Related Field. • Five or more years HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
