The Senior People Partner – GTM and Finance is a strategic HR partner to Avalara’s global Go-to-Market and Finance teams. This role drives engagement, talent development, and culture programs that support scalable growth and operational excellence. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the role influences outcomes through data, coaching, and people strategies. It blends long-term thinking with hands-on execution. What Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Partner with GTM and Finance leaders to align people strategies with business goals that drive performance, retention, and growth. • Deliver key HR initiatives across talent development, succession planning, engagement, and culture. • Use people data and insights to guide decisions, improve team effectiveness, and support organizational design. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify skill gaps, build succession pipelines, and enable scalable hiring. • Coach leaders and employees on feedback, performance, and development using Avalara’s continuous performance model.
