Key Responsibilities • Supporting Fluence Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality, on‑time performance analytics and reporting across a global fleet. • Own and drive deep technical analysis of operational performance for Fluence BESS assets, with strong hands‑on involvement in understanding system behavior across thermal management, electrical systems, controls, and communication architectures. • Translate complex analytical and technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that improve asset availability, reduce repeat outages, enhance safety, and deliver measurable customer and financial impact. What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence? • 5+ years of working experience in performance analysis/reliability/service engineering of energy assets (renewable power, conventional power, oil & gas). • Expert level knowledge and practical experience on Python and Data Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Incorta, Tableau.
