Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Digital Marketer to lead and scale paid digital marketing initiatives for the education sector. The role focuses on driving student admissions, lead generation, and brand growth through data-led performance campaign. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Facebook & Instagram. - Generate quality admission leads and improve conversion rates. - Track and optimize campaigns using GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM. - Manage budgets, creatives, and landing page performance. - Work closely with admissions and academic teams. Requirements: - 5+ years in performance/digital marketing. - Strong experience in school or education marketing. - Proven success in admissions lead campaigns. - Analytical and ROI-focused approach.
