Ltd., a performance-led creative & AV communication agency, is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who specializes in ₹2–5 Crore big-ticket real estate lead generation. ⚠️ This role is NOT for generic digital marketers. If your experience is limited to social media management, low-ticket e-commerce, or basic lead ads, this role is not for you. We are looking for a pure performance professional who understands luxury, premium, and high-consideration real estate buyers and can convert intent into qualified, sales-ready leads at scale. 🔹 Core Responsibility – BIG TICKET LEADS (Non-Negotiable) ₹2–5 Crore Real Estate Lead Generation • Proven experience generating qualified leads for premium / luxury real estate projects • Ability to target and convert: – HNI / UHNI buyers – CXOs, senior professionals & investors Platforms You Must Dominate: • Google Search & YouTube (high-intent keywords & remarketing) • Meta Ads (advanced audience layering & retargeting) • LinkedIn Ads (CXO, investor & corporate targeting) 🔹 End-to-End Performance Ownership • Single-handed ownership of strategy, setup, execution & scaling • Funnel mastery: audience → creative → landing → conversion → retargeting • Budget ownership with strict CPL & lead quality accountability • Daily optimisation mindset with aggressive testing • Kill non-performing campaigns fast.
