Role Overview NexGi is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has real, hands-on experience managing and scaling Google & Meta Ads campaigns in an agency environment. This is not a coordination role. This is a results-driven execution role where you will manage multiple client accounts, optimize high-budget campaigns, and drive measurable ROI. We need someone who understands funnels, ... data, attribution, and scalingstrategies, and stays aligned with the latest Meta & Google platformupdates.Who Should NOT Apply• Candidates without digital marketing agency experience• Those who have only handled small budgets or single-brand accounts• Marketers who rely only on automation without understanding fundamentals• Professionals uncomfortable with performance pressure or ROI accountabilityCore Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across:• Google Search• Google Display• YouTube Ads• Performance Max• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)• Manage multi-client, high-budget accounts with ROI focus.• Optimize funnels for:• Lead generation• E-commerce sales• Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.• Monitor and improve key metrics:• ROAS• CPA• CTR• Conversion rate• Track and report performance using:• GA4• Google Ads• Meta Ads Manager• Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams.• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear action plans.Required Skills (Must-Have)• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ads• Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency• Strong understanding of:• Conversion funnels• Attribution models• Audience segmentation• Scaling frameworks• Proven experience handling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously• Strong analytical and decision-making skills• Up-to-date with platform updates, policy changes, and ad formatsRequired Skills (Good-to-have)• Experience with CAPI and advanced tracking setups• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking• Exposure to CRO and landing page optimization• Experience scaling accounts beyond ₹10L+ monthly spend• Team leadership or mentoring experienceWhat We Care About More Than Degrees• Campaign results you've driven• Your ability to explain why something worked or failed• Ownership mindset and accountability• Speed of testing and optimization• Strategic thinking backed by dataApplication Instructions (Important)Please share the following while applying:• A brief summary of your agency experience• Approximate monthly budgets you've managed• Types of campaigns handled (lead gen / e-commerce / B2B etc.)• Tools you actively use (GA4, GTM, CAPI etc.)Shortlisted candidates will go through:• Technical screening• Case-based discussion• Final leadership interviewPerks & Benefits• Work with diverse D2C and service brands• Exposure to high-budget performance accounts• Performance-driven growth environment• Collaborative, execution-focused team culture• Opportunity to grow into a performance leadership role
