This role is for someone with strong hands-on experience in an agency environment, who can manage budgets, scale accounts, and align performance with business outcomes across multiple brands. You’ll own performance strategy, not just dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns • Manage multiple client accounts and monthly budgets • Build and refine performance funnels (Awareness to Conversion) • Collaborate with creative and content teams for better ROAS • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics • Drive scaling, experimentation, and continuous optimization What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads • Experience handling multiple brands and budgets • Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking • Comfortable in an on-site, fast-moving agency environment • Understands modern audience targeting dynamics, including the shift from interest-based targeting to creative-led performance strategies.
