About the job We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing- D2C who can own the entire digital growth engine end-to-end — from campaigns and conversion funnels to customer experience on Shopify. Location- Noida, sector-142 Salary- Upto 15 LPA Roles & Responsibilities : • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels including Google , META, AMS, PLA / PCA etc. • Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data and using insights to adjust and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI. • Budget Management : Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective while delivering on KPIs. • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, design, content, and product) to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, user experience, and business objectives. • Shopify Management : Drive end-to-end ownership of our D2C store — from performance tracking, CRO, A / B testing, to ensuring a seamless shopping experience • Market Research : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovative performance marketing strategies. • Customer Segmentation : Leverage data to create targeted audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to specific groups, improving relevance and engagement.
