Position: Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Amazon and Quick Commerce Ads) Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google ads, Meta (including Collab Ads), Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy. Monitor daily performance, ensuring efficient delivery across CTR, CVR, and ROAS targets. Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to drive growth on quick commerce platforms. Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to provide feedback on ad performance and creative optimization. Track and report on campaign metrics regularly, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate closely with platform partners and internal teams to set up, monitor, and scale campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Google ads, Meta and at least one e-commerce/quick commerce platform (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive growth. Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience working with women-focused brands is a plus.
