About the Job We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing. For senior role • Own strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads. • Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue growth. • Build and optimize full-funnel paid strategies (acquisition, retargeting, and conversion). • Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance. • Oversee tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution. • Collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
