About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently handle multiple Google Ads accounts and end-to-end campaign management, with strong expertise in marketing analytics, SEO integration, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Key Responsibilities - Independently handle and manage multiple Google Ads accounts across healthcare and non-healthcare clients. - Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Discovery. - Own end-to-end campaign handling, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, budgeting, and performance optimization. - Create, manage, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including listings, categories, posts, reviews, and local SEO alignment. - Drive local and multi-location marketing strategies for hospitals and clinics. - Conduct search intent, audience, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Integrate SEO insights, AEO, and GEO strategies into paid search and content planning. - Track and analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio. - Build performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients. - Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and web teams to improve landing page performance and CRO. - Stay updated on AI-driven advertising, conversational search, automation, GEO, and AEO trends. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads with strong account handling and campaign management expertise. - Proven experience in GMB profile creation, optimization, and local SEO. - Strong command of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console. - Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, AEO, and GEO. - Experience presenting insights and performance updates to stakeholders or clients. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into ROI-driven strategies. Good to Have (Plus Points) - Prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare brands. - Exposure to HCP (Healthcare Professional)–focused marketing campaigns. - Experience with YouTube Ads and video performance marketing. - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and ChatGPT-based optimization (GEO). - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or healthcare marketing.
