Key Responsibilities : • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance • Design and develop core backend systems using PHP and modern frameworks • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS features • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code • Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues • Explore and recommend new technologies and best practices Requirements : • 5+ years of experience building large-scale PHP applications • Strong knowledge of software design principles and agile practices • Experience with automated testing and quality-driven development • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
