About the job

As a Senior Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for working on the SFMC platform to create and execute marketing campaigns. You should have expertise in SFMC Email Marketing Tool and good experience in SQL. Your role will involve driving the strategy for the email program to deliver strong engagement and results by utilizing audience segmentation, deliverability best practices, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize expertise in Campaign Orchestration and Life cycle programs for effective marketing campaigns. - Implement personalization in campaigns to enhance customer engagement. - Optimize marketing data and cleanse lists to ensure data hygiene. - Work independently and collaborate directly with Marketing teams. - Analyze the effectiveness of Digital Marketing deliverables, measure against objectives, and report results. - Ensure flawless delivery of daily campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to mitigate future problems. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in SFMC Email Marketing Tool and SQL. - Experience in Data model design and Marketing data optimization. - Business understanding of Digital Marketing. - Excellent communication skills. - Preferably SFMC Certification (Marketing Cloud Specialist or Email Specialist).
