Key Responsibilities • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the matrimonial sector. • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development. • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly designs that enhance the customer experience. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic business objectives. • Define metrics to measure product performance and user engagement, and report findings to stakeholders. • Work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new features. Skills and Tools Required • Strong experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment. • Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and innovate. • A solid understanding of user experience principles and design thinking. • Experience in the matrimonial or dating services industry is a plus.
