Senior Product Analyst

About the job

As a Senior Product Analyst at Tide, you will work closely with the Business teams to enhance existing products, streamline processes, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve championing data-driven decision-making, providing valuable product insights, and deeply understanding customer behavior to drive tangible value for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Influence marketing strategies, particularly in the Subscription business, by leveraging powerful insights - Present insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations - Collaborate with Product teams to establish KPIs for new product launches and monitor the performance of existing products - Utilize your SQL/Python proficiency to analyze data and solve key business problems - Bring new ideas to the table related to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets, and operational methods - Deal with ambiguity by transforming ambiguous questions into defined solutions to enhance the business area - Assist stakeholders with self-serve dashboards to democratize insights - Analyze segmentation, trends, and campaign performances, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders - Forecast through uncertainty/sensitivity testing and scenario planning to drive data-driven performance - Present data clearly using visualization tools such as Looker - Work with technologies like Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python, Looker, and Databricks Qualifications Required: - Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to lead and resolve vague and ambiguous problems independently - Excellent communication skills and the capacity to explain statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Proficiency in SQL and Python - Track record of delivering actionable insights in an analytical role - Experience in stakeholder management and building analytical solutions - Self-starter mentality with the capability to identify opportunities and tackle challenges using data - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing objectives - Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation methodologies About Tide: Tide is a rapidly expanding small business banking service with a global presence, dedicated to helping SMEs save time and money through innovative solutions.
