You are supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities • Ensure deep understanding of user journeys and jobs-to-be-done. • Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap. • Develop value propositions that relieve user pains and identify gains; advocate customer needs across cross-functional teams. • Identify and address risky assumptions through targeted experimentation; validate hypotheses via rapid, iterative tests. • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities and with UX Research/Design to advance discovery and designs. • Provide product leadership by setting priorities and articulating vision for planning and execution. • Capture and refine user stories with Technology, UX, and Data Science; write requirements and epics; prioritize based on value and cost. • Define and track OKRs to focus teams on outcomes and value realization. • Use data to gain insights into product and user behavior; analyze and evaluate product metrics against time, cost, and quality targets. • Engage Operations, Client Service, and Marketing to define rollout strategies and adoption plans. • Anticipate and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the end-to-end product experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in Product Management
• Understanding of CIB Operations business areas and trade lifecycle knowledge
