Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Product Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of products from concept to final approval, ensuring compliance with RDSO, IRIS, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards and customer-specific audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement product designs that meet customer requirements, leveraging technical expertise in areas such as materials science, mechanical engineering, and quality assurance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchase, and QC departments, to ensure material readiness, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. - Analyze test data and develop solutions to address any issues or defects identified during testing. - Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning to resolve deviations or rejections. - Lead technical meetings, feasibility reviews, and product audits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field. - Experience in product development, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degree preferred.
