Senior Product Leader

Looking for a Senior Product Leader with strong experience in digital payments(UPI/BBPS) and fintech. Location: Mumbai / Pune Work Mode: Office (5 days) What you will be expected to do: • Define and own product roadmap across payments stack (UPI / BBPS) • Drive 0→1 and scale journeys with clear KPIs (TPV, success rate, adoption, revenue) • Work closely with engineering on APIs, SDKs, integrations, and switching architecture • Lead integrations with banks, networks, and ecosystem partners • Own compliance alignment (RBI, PCI-DSS, tokenization norms) and audit readiness • Solve for reliability, scalability, and transaction success rates • Translate business problems into PRDs, user stories, and execution plans • Partner with sales/GTM teams to drive adoption and monetization • Track metrics, identify gaps, and continuously optimize product performance Must have: • 10+ years in Payments / BFSI • Hands-on with UPI, BBPS, Tokenization, SoftPOS, Tap on Phone • Experience in Payment Gateway / Aggregation / Switching • Strong understanding of NPCI ecosystem, card networks, RBI compliance • Proven product lifecycle ownership (0 to 1 and scale) Ideal from: Banks, Payment Gateways, Fintech, Payment Networks Please apply directly through the link or reach out on abhishek@leadersaccess.com for a confidential discussion.
