About the job

Role Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing, building, and scaling our digital lending platform. You will work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams to architect core systems, define user journeys, and ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and ready for rapid growth. Platform Build Ownership: Lead the product strategy and execution for the foundational architecture of the lending platform, including origination, servicing, collections, customer onboarding, and integrations. Translate business vision into a concrete product roadmap, with clear milestones for MVP, iterative releases, and scale-up phases. System Design & User Journeys: Define and wireframe detailed user journeys for borrowers, operations, and partners; ensure seamless digital experiences across web and mobile. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and rapid delivery; KYC, credit bureaus.
