Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in redefining how Indians access liquidity from their investments. You will own the end-to-end digital lifecycle for Loan Against Shares (LAS) and Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF). Your goal? To build a frictionless, "instant-approval" journey that turns a stagnant portfolio into a live credit line in under 5 minutes, while maintaining a rock-solid risk and regulatory framework. Deep expertise in Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and Loan Against Shares (LAS), with strong understanding of end-to-end pledge creation, lien marking, invocation, margin monitoring, and collateral liquidation processes. Hands-on experience working with ecosystem entities including CAMS, KFintech, CDSL, and NSDL, with a clear understanding of RTA and Depository integrations, reconciliation flows, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong familiarity with operational and risk nuances across the Indian securities-backed lending ecosystem. Exposure to diversified collateral-backed lending products will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities • Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the strategy for LAS/LAMF. You aren't just building features;you're building a scalable lending engine that handles everything from lead gen to loan closure. • Competitor Benchmarking & Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous, ongoing analysis of the Indian lending landscape (Traditional Banks, specialized NBFCs, and emerging Wealth-tech players). • Monitor competitors’ interest rate movements, LTV structures, and processing fees to ensure our product remains the "first choice" for investors. • Deconstruct competitor UI/UX journeys to identify friction points we can solve better (e.G., faster lien-marking or better portfolio health dashboards). • Digital Onboarding & UX: Architect a seamless "zero-paperwork" onboarding journey. This includes integrating digital KYC, e-NACH, and e-Signatures to ensure a 100% digital experience. • Ecosystem Integrations: Lead deep-tech integrations with R&T Agents (CAMS, KFintech, MFCentral) and Depositories (NSDL, CDSL) for real-time lien marking, pledging, and unpledging. Also with other ecosystem participants for real-time value monitoring of the portfolio. • Next-Gen Data Utilization: Leverage the Account Aggregator (AA) framework to gain a holistic view of the customer's financial health, enabling personalized credit limits and "pre-approved" LAS offers. • Margin & Risk Management: Collaborate with Risk & Credit teams to build automated margin-call systems. Ensure the product can handle market volatility with real-time LTV tracking and automated liquidations if needed. Design and implement LTV frameworks across various asset classes including equity, debt, hybrid funds, ETFs, and listed shares. • Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor portfolio performance including disbursals, utilization, margin coverage, NPAs, and operational efficiency metrics. • Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of RBI and SEBI guidelines. You will be the point person for ensuring the product adheres to LTV caps, concentration risks, and reporting standards. • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the "glue" between Engineering, Credit Risk, Operations, and Legal. You’ll translate complex credit policies into elegant functional requirements.
