We are searching for a Senior Product Manager for our Intent Platform Tools. The Intent Platform holds the buyer intent data definition for our category and model landing pages. These pages serve as important destinations for buyers who come from search engines like Google, LLMs like ChatGPT, as well as those buyers who are browsing the eBay site. The operational tools provide the interface for manual intervention and eventual automation of those operational tasks by our Data Operations team. This Senior Product Manager will be responsible for evolving the platform tools to support the next generation of eBay landing pages, with a focus on quality, automation and scalability. Job Responsibilities • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and market trends: • Collaborate with the Data Operations team to drive the development and enhancement of operational tools for manual intervention and automation. Ensure tools are user-friendly and facilitate efficient management of landing page operations. • Work closely with engineering, product partners, technical SEO, business partners, operations and analytics teams to deliver cohesive product solutions. • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the quality, performance, and impact of the landing pages and linking services. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making.
