As a Senior Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance talent acquisition and experience journey. This role requires strong strategic thinking, customer empathy, and a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS dynamics. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with Eightfold's mission of providing the right career for everyone. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the leadership team, engineering team, and product team to develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform. - Collaborate with developer partners and customers to understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap. - Foster values of ownership, compassion, commitment to learning, transparency, and integrity. - Partner with executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales to drive support for your vision. - Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products. - Integrate Eightfold's core technological strengths into the products. - Track industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly. - Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market, and customer adoption. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in Product Management. - Demonstrated bias to action and aptitude for rapid learning. - Passion for Eightfold's vision of providing the right career for everyone. - Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback.
