Hello! This is Carmen from Factorial and I am looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth from X to Y, a passion for PLG experiences and an AI-first mindset. The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe, offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space. The Product Growth team owns the entire customer journey within the product: acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion and retention. Within that scope, you will be accountable for how users experience Factorial from the very first moment: trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and the signals that enable self-serve expansion later on.
