Role: Senior Product Manager Location: Dubai Reporting to: Founder Future Path: Head of Product Our client is building the best education product in the world — a global system that matches the standards of organizations like the UN, Google, and OpenAI. The long-term mission is to enable 1 million people to be hired from the client, redefining how ambitious young talent learns and grows. Ideal Profile: - Experience: 6+ years in Product Management Background: - Strong B2C product experience preferred; open to B2B - Proven 0→1 product journey experience - Currently or previously part of a larger tech company (e.G., Uber, Twitter, etc.) - Ex-founder background is a plus Attributes: - Self-learner with deep curiosity about education and human potential - Experience hiring and evaluating talent - Strong understanding of building and scaling impactful products - Has led or collaborated with engineering and design teams (current team size: ~20) - Has grown quickly in past roles Evaluation Focus: - Depth in building 2–3 meaningful products/features - How they evaluate and hire product talent - Key mistakes/lessons from past journeys - Demonstrated learning mindset
