Senior Product Manager

About the job

As a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with expertise in the Life Insurance domain, your role will involve driving product development and digital transformation initiatives. You should have hands-on experience with Life Asia and a strong background in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product enhancements. - Gather and analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs. - Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and post-launch improvements. - Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other industry standards. - Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in the Life Insurance domain. - Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development. - Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms. - Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
