About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the Paytm for Business App & Merchant Dashboard. Key Responsibilities 1. Merchant Dashboard • End-to-end ownership of payments, transactions, settlements, and reporting experiences. • Financial visibility, reconciliation journeys, and business insights. 2. App Experience • Seamless visibility of payments and payouts within the app. • Continuous improvement of core merchant workflows. 3. Monetization & Revenue Experiences • Design and scale subscription tiers and premium feature packaging. • In-product discovery, upgrade journeys, and value communication. 4. New Merchant Experience Initiatives • Identify high-impact opportunities across the merchant lifecycle. • Launch 0→1 improvements spanning app and dashboard. • Drive data-led and insight-driven enhancements to improve trust and engagement.
