Senior Product Manager

You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and detailed requirements for our suite of remote collaboration and productivity tools. This involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying emerging trends in the future of work. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate product strategy into tangible features and experiences that delight our users. A key aspect of this role is understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with remote work and building products that enhance communication, collaboration, security, and employee engagement. Experience with agile development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and user-centered design principles is crucial. ### Responsibilities: - Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for remote work technologies. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and opportunities. - Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams. - Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an agile development environment. - Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. - Partner with engineering leads to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. - Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning. - Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous product improvement. - Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
