You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user-centric solutions. Responsibilities: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for beauty technology products, aligning with market trends and business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities. Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, throughout the product lifecycle. Launch new products and features, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies and adoption. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product designs to drive continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert on beauty technology trends and consumer behavior. Manage product backlogs and work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful technology products. Demonstrated passion for and understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, ideally with experience in beauty tech. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with agile development methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and product roadmap development.
