Our client is searching for a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead skincare innovation and product development in **Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, IN**. This exciting role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, a deep understanding of consumer needs, and a proven track record of launching successful skincare products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept generation and market research to product launch and post-launch analysis. This involves identifying market opportunities, defining product strategies, and collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive market analysis, competitor research, and consumer trend identification within the skincare segment. - Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps based on market insights and business objectives. - Translating consumer needs and market requirements into detailed product specifications. - Collaborating with the R&D team on formulation development, ingredient sourcing, and efficacy testing. - Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. - Managing product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution. - Monitoring product performance, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for product enhancements. - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. - Staying at the forefront of scientific advancements and emerging ingredients in skincare. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within the beauty or skincare industry. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Demonstrable success in launching new skincare products and a strong understanding of cosmetic science and regulatory requirements are essential. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required. The ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent work with collaborative team efforts, is key.
