About the Role Senior Product Manager – BBTrade & Compliance will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, process alignment, and operational excellence within the Trade and Forex (TFX) business under Retail Liabilities. Based in Mumbai, the role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, branch teams, and compliance units to streamline trade processes, reduce ... pendencies, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities • Align offerings, processes, and turnaround times (TATs) with market expectations to create a competitive differentiator. • Co-own the business budget with the Trade Business and Service teams, ensuring trade processes remain competitive through regular feedback. • Support front-end teams to ensure adherence to processes and minimize compliance pendencies. • Drive adoption of the MTP (Multi-Transaction Platform) in collaboration with the TBG product team, targeting 70% transaction volume migration. • Conduct training sessions for front-end sales teams to enhance product knowledge and compliance awareness. • Collaborate with marketing and HPE teams to ensure strong product recall through data-driven initiatives. Secondary Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as central product and compliance teams to streamline processes and resolve trade-related pendencies. • Work closely with branches, Trade Counsellors (TCs), and Trade Desk Officers (TDOs) to monitor and control compliance through regular interventions and overdue closures.
