Role Overview Nykaa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead its Cart & Promotions Platform - a mission-critical, central system powering checkout, offers, rewards, and rule-based decisioning across all Nykaa businesses including Beauty, Fashion, Nykaa Man, Superstore (B2B), Offline Retail, and Enterprise partnerships. What This Role Will Drive 1. Platform Enablement & Scalable Capability Building - Evaluate and prioritize business requirements across multiple verticals. - Translate fragmented asks into reusable, configurable, scalable platform capabilities. ... 3. Offer & Incentive Optimization at Scale - Drive smarter targeting and optimization of offers across categories and user segments. What We're Looking For Experience - 5-7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in platform or systems-driven roles. - Prior experience in e-commerce / marketplace/ high-scale consumer tech.
