Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation Commercial Platform, which supports end-to-end commercial processes across pre-sales, sales, marketing, pricing, quoting, contracting, and delivery. This leader will be responsible for transforming the commercial lifecycle by leveraging modern CRM capabilities, enterprise platform expertise, and advanced AI—including Agentic AI—to drive automation, insights, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply technical, with proven success managing complex, cross-functional product portfolios in global organizations. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy • Define and articulate a unified long-term product vision and multi-year strategy for the Commercial Platform. • Identify opportunities to modernize commercial processes using AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automation. • Translate market trends, customer requirements, and organizational priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap. Roadmap & Execution • Collaborate and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, pricing, finance, delivery, IT, and executive leadership. • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, architecture, UX, data science, and operations—to deliver scalable, high-quality product capabilities. • Prioritize features and investments using data-driven frameworks such as cost/benefit analysis and customer value assessment. • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely, high-impact product releases. AI & Automation Leadership • Drive adoption of AI and Agentic AI across the commercial lifecycle, enabling improvements such as opportunity insights, automated quoting, intelligent proposal generation, process automation, and next-best-action guidance. • Partner with data and compliance teams to establish AI governance, data quality standards, and responsible AI practices. • Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform strategy. Sales Lifecycle Expertise • Develop deep understanding of workflows across lead generation, marketing automation, opportunity management, pricing, quoting, contracting, order management, and delivery orchestration. • Work with commercial leaders to identify friction points and design technology solutions that improve process efficiency and performance. Technical Leadership • Provide expert guidance on enterprise integration patterns, system design, and platform capabilities such as: • CRM platforms • Quoting and pricing engines • Marketing and customer engagement tools • Order management and fulfillment systems • Middleware, APIs, microservices, and data integration • Evaluate technical trade-offs, ensure feasibility, and uphold architecture, security, and compliance standards. • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Stakeholder Management • Act as the product evangelist, communicating vision, roadmap, and value across the organization. • Facilitate structured feedback loops and drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders. • Build strong, collaborative relationships and influence decisions without direct authority. Qualifications Required • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise or commercial platforms. • Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes across sales, marketing, pricing, quoting, contracting, and delivery. • Demonstrated success applying AI/ML and Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency or customer experience. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes. • Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Preferred • MBA strongly preferred, especially with a focus in strategy, product management, technology management, or operations. • Experience in large, global organizations with complex commercial ecosystems. • Background in enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and integration technologies. • Ownership of multi-system products involving CRM, quoting tools, pricing engines, and marketing automation. • Advanced degree Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
