Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation Commercial Platform, which supports end-to-end commercial processes across pre-sales, sales, marketing, pricing, quoting, contracting, and delivery. This leader will be responsible for transforming the commercial lifecycle by leveraging modern CRM capabilities, enterprise platform expertise, and advanced AI—including Agentic AI—to drive automation, insights, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Define and articulate a unified long-term product vision and multi-year strategy for the Commercial Platform. • Identify opportunities to modernize commercial processes using AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automation. • Translate market trends, customer requirements, and organizational priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap. • Collaborate and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, pricing, finance, delivery, IT, and executive leadership. • Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, architecture, UX, data science, and operations—to deliver scalable, high-quality product capabilities. • Drive adoption of AI and Agentic AI across the commercial lifecycle, enabling improvements such as opportunity insights, automated quoting, intelligent proposal generation, process automation, and next-best-action guidance.
