About the Role As a Senior Product Manager - Consumer Durable Loans, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with manufacturers, driving business through strategic collaborations and campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance. This role demands a strong blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and market insight to deliver customer-centric solutions and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands. • Conduct regular reviews of brand performance and identify areas for improvement. • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the product portfolio. • Address and resolve queries from the sales team and partner accounts. • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure product competitiveness. • Launch targeted initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth. • Monitor and minimize financial discrepancies or losses. • Ensure timely and accurate updates of product-related information in internal systems. • Resolve operational and technical queries from internal teams and partners. • Maintain up-to-date agreements and ensure timely renewals. • Ensure all communications and processes comply with internal and external guidelines. Secondary Responsibilities • Conduct market visits and engage with regional teams to gather insights and support local initiatives. • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, legal, and operations. • Support or lead strategic projects with internal teams or external partners. • Work on improving internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Educational Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (Full-time). • Postgraduate qualification preferred. Experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or related product management roles.
