Senior Product Manager – FX & Cross-Border Payments

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – FX & Cross-Border to own and scale our foreign exchange and international payments capabilities across markets. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for FX pricing, corridor performance, routing logic, settlement models, and margin optimization. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Commercial, shaping how money moves across borders at scale. The role requires deep technical fluency and strong commercial ownership, balancing growth, transparency, reliability, and profitability while launching and scaling new markets with operational and regulatory discipline. Minimum Qualifications • 6–8+ years of product management experience in FX, cross-border payments, or global payments platforms. • Strong understanding of FX mechanics including rate construction, spreads, liquidity providers, settlement flows, and treasury considerations. • Proven experience launching and scaling revenue-generating financial products. • Demonstrated ownership of pricing, margins, or P&L-related metrics. • Experience working closely with engineering teams in API-driven or platform-based environments. • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to optimisation and decision-making. • Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and deliver high-impact outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Solid understanding of AI concepts and experience applying AI tools to monitoring, anomaly detection, risk signals, or operational automation. Preferred Qualifications • Deep familiarity with local payment rails and settlement models across multiple regions. • Prior Experience in end-to-end integrations for payment flows with Banks or Payment Service Providers. • Strong experience serving B2B and corporate clients in cross-border payments, with a deep understanding of business use cases such as supplier payments, treasury flows, mass payouts, and API-driven embedded FX — including negotiated pricing models, operational SLAs, reconciliation requirements, and enterprise-grade controls. • Experience owning or materially influencing multi-market FX P&L at scale, including dynamic pricing strategy, corridor-level margin optimisation, and competitive positioning in high-volume environments. • Proven track record building or evolving FX pricing and execution capabilities (rate sourcing aggregation, mark-up logic, spread management, volatility controls) within a production-grade platform. • Experience designing or scaling cross-border orchestration across multiple liquidity providers and payout rails, with a focus on reliability, transparency, and enterprise-grade SLAs.
