You will be responsible for overseeing technology and competitor technical trends, and managing the technological needs of the business, including the program management of technology development portfolio. - Tracking Emerging Technologies by keeping an eye on emerging technologies, practices, and trends that are relevant to the organization. - Continuous monitoring, assessment and documentation of technologies and competitors intelligence; deriving conclusions and initiatives for product development and -appearance to ensure the organization stays ahead of technological advancements. - Continuous screening, detecting, analysing and reporting technical market trends with regards to all steps of the green Hydrogen production. - Work closely with external partners and various departments (such as business strategy, engineering/R&D, etc.) to ensure that the technology radar aligns with the overall business objectives. - Conduct analysis and forecasts of technology and competitor activities. - Make informed decisions about the adoption and implementation of new technologies. - This includes evaluating the potential impact and benefits of these technologies on the organization's operations and strategy. - Leading the technology portfolio of new technologies with engagement of the contributing functions. - Collaboration and communication within the Product gH2 and all functions to ensure relevant information is shared for other areas. - Monitor various public available sources, summarize and analyse relevant technical news and data to support weekly market newsletter. - Provide regular technology and competitor trend updates. - Prepare & update data visualization in reporting tool (e.g., PPT, Power BI). - Represent thyssenkrupp nucera at fairs, conferences and other assemblies with regards to product related topics. Profil: - Master / Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, chemistry or materials science, technology, industrial/business engineering, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in engineering, product and/or technology development. - Ideally, you have expertise in the field of water electrolysis. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, and solid communication. - You have strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and leadership and project management skills. - You can demonstrate the ability to analyse and resolve problems. - Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation skills. - High affinity to data research and sound skills in PowerPoint and Excel, Power BI, etc. - Proactive and self-motivated, organized and methodical, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international team with diverse cultural background. - Strong interpersonal skills to connect and engage with both local and global teams. - You have the ability to lead programs/projects with diverse teams and ability to document, plan, and execute programs. - You are willing to go on business trips around the globe regularly.
