Houzecheck is looking for a backlog-taming, Scrum-championing leader to join our team. We are seeking a high-level professional who doesn't just "manage" tasks but owns the vision, mentors the process, and ensures our Agile engine is running at peak performance. The Details Location: Chandigarh (Candidates based in or near Chandigarh are highly encouraged to apply) Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST Notice Period: Looking for candidates who can join within 3 weeks. What You'll Do As our Senior Product Owner, you'll be the critical bridge between stakeholders and the dev team: Backlog Mastery: Owning, prioritizing, and grooming the product backlog for high-impact delivery. Requirement Translation: Turning complex business goals into crisp User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria. Scrum Leadership: Facilitating essential ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retros) and maintaining Scrum discipline. Stakeholder Synergy: Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure the delivery team is perfectly aligned with business needs. Who You Are Experienced: 9–15 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in robust Agile environments. Tool-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. Agile Minded: Deep, hands-on understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile requirement documentation. Communicator: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bonus Points (Nice to Have) CSPO / PSPO / Agile certifications. Experience acting as a Scrum Master or in a hybrid PO-SM role. SaaS or product-based company background.
