As a Senior Program Manager and Agile Coach at the Program Group, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects. Your role will be crucial in directly impacting organizational goals and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage key strategic projects by collaborating across departments and with managers company-wide to drive successful execution. - Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans by developing and tracking progress against annual business objectives and KPIs. - Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and present findings to leadership. - Represent the "Business" perspective in cross-functional roadmaps and major organizational projects. - Implement program management best practices to drive efficiency and process improvement. - Facilitate effective cross-department collaboration to integrate program activities. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in a Program Management role. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence without direct authority. - Proven ability to process large volumes of information and extract meaningful insights. - Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
