About the Role We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to act as a cross-functional execution owner across product development, senior client workflow discussions, and delivery coordination. This role exists to bridge gaps between founders, engineers, operations, and customers — ensuring clarity, prioritization, and follow-through. This is not a pure PM role and not a sales role. It is an execution-heavy, ownership-driven position. Key Responsibilities Product & Delivery • Own feature prioritization and execution tracking. • Convert high-level requirements into clear, executable plans. • Coordinate with engineers to ensure on-time delivery • Prevent scope creep and over-engineering. Client Workflow Management • Participate in senior client discussions around workflows and delivery. • Translate client needs into internal action plans. • Manage escalations and expectation setting. • Ensure alignment between client promises and execution reality. Engineering & Coordination • Guide and support a small web app engineering team. • Run sprint planning, reviews, and weekly execution check-ins. • Surface risks early and drive resolution.
