What You’ll Do As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for: • Leading a team of 5–7 analysts and engineers to implement technology and analytics projects at large-scale client sites. • Drive day-to-day problem solving with clients and internal teams. • Ensure rigorous project tracking, milestone adherence, and debottlenecking across all workstreams. What We're Looking For • 6–8 years of total experience with 1–2 years in management consulting as a project manager. • Strong background in the manufacturing industry. • Experience delivering technology-driven projects. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. • Structured, hands-on problem solver with the ability to guide teams and manage complexity.
