About the job

Role Overview The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Department of Women and Child Development and ICDS Department in Jaipur. You'll spend 70% of your time working within these departments on policy implementation and research, and 30% on field visits to districts for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage relationships with government departments and stakeholders • Support policy implementation and research for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders • Oversee project implementation across districts in Rajasthan • Make quarterly field visits to 2-3 districts for program launches and events • Assist with budget planning and management for ECCE initiatives • Draft formal communications in Hindi and English Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience: • 4-5 years in project management, public policy, or program implementation • Minimum 2 years working with government departments • Experience in fieldwork and on-ground program implementation Skills: • Strong understanding of government operations in education and child development sectors • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities • Project management expertise • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools • Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) What Makes You Successful • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter who takes ownership in ambiguous situations • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits Hiring Note: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
