About this Role As a senior programmer, you will develop and maintain our global R codebase for generating CDISC ADaM datasets and tables, listings, and figures in accordance with clinical trial data requirements. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through thorough research and analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand and implement project-specific data needs. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting tasks. You will perform quality control and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your contribution to process improvements and development of programming standards using R is crucial for the success of our team. About the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience in R programming, including familiarity with R packages (e.g., Tidyverse, ggplot2, survival). Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools in R is also required. A strong understanding of industry-standard R packages like ADMIRAL and OAK is necessary for this position. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science) is necessary for this role.
