Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Development Manager located in Varanasi. The Senior Project Development Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Key responsibilities include managing project scopes, expediting project stages, coordinating inspections, and ensuring efficient logistics management. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to manage project risks, align with organizational objectives, and drive successful outcomes. Qualifications • Proven experience in Expediting and as a skilled Expeditor to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables. • Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Knowledge and experience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. • Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee the supply chain, resource allocation, and operational flow of the project. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in facility management services or a related industry is preferred.
