Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Senior Project Director. The Senior Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing immigration consultancy projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include developing project strategies, ensuring compliance with immigration rules, coordinating cross-functional project teams, and delivering client-focused solutions. The role requires overseeing the project's progress, meeting deadlines, addressing challenges proactively, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels. Qualifications • Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk mitigation • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strong leadership abilities to mentor and manage cross-functional teams effectively • In-depth knowledge of immigration processes, rules, and regulations related to Canada • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with emphasis on clarity and client orientation • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Services, or a related field • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within deadlines • Experience in immigration consultancy or a similar domain is highly beneficial.
